 My Pisgah story:

As a native to the piedmont of North Carolina, the mountains were always a short drive away. I grew up camping on the Blue Ridge Parkway and fly fishing in the Pisgah National Forest. After attended Haywood Community College for Fish and Wildlife management, I worked for the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission and the North Carolina Forest Service. After some time living in Montana, my wife and I knew that this area is where we would return to. We both love to mountain bike, hike, and enjoy all the great food that Asheville has to offer. I appreciate what The Pisgah Conservancy stands for and look forward to serving the National Forest and the people that enjoy it.
